Lamo Men’s M0602 Moccasin Slipper

This is a well made and comfortable slipper! My husband takes a size 14 so it is so difficult to find a good quality slipper in his size! This is my second purchase of this item, and I am very pleased, my husband loves them! Thanks!

I have purchased these for my boyfriend and my dad. I was looking for a slipper with real fur on the inside that would actually hold up. My boyfriend lives in a dorm and the thick soles are great for walking around and not ruining the slippers. So far the only bad review i have gotten is that they are “too warm” which doesn’t seem like a problem to me. Great slippers time will show if they actually last.

I bought these moccasins for my husband as a birthday present. Within a month the stitching was coming apart = the leather actually tore! I would not recommend these to anyone for the price I paid for them.

I purchased these moccasins on October 2009 because I thought they looked sturdy. That did not turn out to be the case. After a few months they started falling apart. Slits developed in the rubber sole along the side of the heel area on both slippers. Additional slits appeared on the right shoe and now parts of the insides are hanging out. I contacted the company directly on their website and they said they were under warranty for a year and that they would be replaced if I provided the order number. Replying to their email, I provided the order number and it was ignored. I provided the order number again and still didn’t hear from them. I went back into their website and sent them a few frank and direct comments about the quality of their shoes and service (actually lack thereof). They finally responded but wanted me to pay for shipping the shoes to California from Virginia. I asked them to pay for the shipping; they seemed miffed by the request and said they really aren’t responsible for exchanging products purchased through Amazon and I should contact Amazon to get the moccasins replaced. If you enjoy spending your money on moccasins that start coming apart after a few months, you really should buy some from Lamo. If you really like getting the run around from a “customer service” organization these are the people to do business with.
